A fusion process of manufacturing, F-ONE shell technology fuses high-density foam and rigid HDPE as one. The benefits include up to 25% greater energy absorption and a 15% weight reduction over traditional HDPE shells. F-ONE shell technology sets a new standard of protection for those areas of the body that take the brunt of blocking shots, body checks and slashes.

2nd generation BAUER technology MAX-SORB – a protective combination of premium foam and gel – has been updated to feature exclusive XRD® PORON™ foam. MAX-SORB diffuses 30% more energy than traditional HD foams and is located in high impact areas of the SUPREME line.
FREE FLEX TECHNOLOGIES
BAUER was the first in the industry to introduce FREE FLEX bicep guards, which have become a staple on all elite level shoulder pads. SUPREME TOTALONE is the first shoulder pad to introduce FREE FLEX chest panels to maximize player protection coverage and allow for freedom of movement in all game situations.
